Dennis F. Desmarais is the founder and principal attorney of the Law Office of Dennis F. Desmarais in Springfield, Massachusetts. He represents clients in immigration law, criminal defense, child welfare (CAFL), and estate planning matters throughout Western Massachusetts and before the Hartford Immigration Court.
Attorney Desmarais regularly handles deportation defense, asylum cases, family-based immigration petitions, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), U-visas, VAWA self-petitions, and TPS applications. He also serves as a certified CAFL attorney representing children and parents in care and protection proceedings in Hampden County.
